Encased in short buttery pastry.  Beautifully tender free-range chicken with a velouté sauce using homemade chicken stock. Fabulous for the freezer.

Ingredients:  British free-range chicken (73%), leeks (15%), homemade chicken stock, fresh chives, fresh parsley, fresh tarragon, bay leaf, Short-crust pastry, butter (milk), plain flour (cereals), egg, full fat milk, polenta, caster sugar, salt & pepper.
