This is so comforting using the delicious large Navarrico Spanish Chickpeas, serve it with steamed basmati rice. This is a fabulous vegan dish alone, but you could also use it as a side to some slow cooked lamb.

Ingredients: Chickpeas (72%) (sulphur dioxide), spinach, unsalted butter, olive oil, red onions, fresh coriander, red chilli, fresh ginger, tamarind paste, tinned tomatoes, cinnamon sticks, maple syrup, salt & pepper, soy, fresh lime. Spice Mix – cinnamon stick, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cardamom pods, star anise.
