Ingredients: Diced lamb leg (53%), tamarind, prunes (sulphur dioxide), homemade chicken stock, chopped tinned tomatoes, salt & pepper, olive oil, fresh coriander, red onion, fresh ginger, garlic, red chillies, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, soy, maple syrup, fresh lime. Spice Mix – cinnamon stick, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cardamom pods, star anise.
